There are two nights in KL that has everyone out to celebrate – Halloween and New Year’s Eve. Clubs, bars and even the streets are packed with people in high spirits and celebratory gear. You finally get to see the friends who usually pass on a night out, as well as find yourself bumping into others you haven’t seen in a while.
