It might be the end of Suicide Prevention Month, but together we can continue to work towards ending the stigma. These influencers and individuals shared a few words of comfort and assurance earlier this month, reminding others that they’re not alone – everyone has struggles with their mental health.
“It’s that little bit of hope that we should all have, that the next day will be better than today,” says content creator, Harvinth Skin. Actor, Fahad Iman, adds, “You are worth it. That’s also a reminder to myself”.
